Your responsibilities

• Respect your homestay family’s house rules.
• Do your own laundry.
• You have to make your own breakfast and lunch.
• Help with light household chores.
• Keep your room and bathroom clean.
• Clean up after yourself.

Common homestay house rules

• Respect the curfew (if there is one). Find out from your homestay family if they have a curfew.
• Always ask permission before having friends over. Also find out what time your homestay would like them leave.
• Order late-night delivery
• Always communicate with your homestay family if you are staying out late (after 8 p.m.) so they know you are safe.
• Sometimes only showering is allowed, not bathing – talk to your homestay family about it.
